    A brand new pair of dress pants(worn only a short time) came back from dry cleaning, nicely hung and wrapped, hiding several (at least 10) small holes that had appeared. I was lucky to discover this before hanging them in the closet. But the lady who cleaned them appeared surprised when I returned and would not acknowledge the damage happened at the cleaners. She would have clearly seen these holes when pressing the pants and was careful to hang them in a manner the holes were not noticeable. I would not suggest you use this cleaner. Now the $400 brand new suit is useless. I suspect mechanical damage based on patterns.

    So unimpressed!! Dropped off shirts and jeans on Tuesday asked for heavy starch on both! Came to pick up on Friday and they only did the shirts. The jeans weren't done. Needed them for Christmas time and of course they are no closed for the holidays. NOT HAPPY!
