  Brand new hotel. Everything is very nice, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast room was one of the best i have experienced. Overall a great place to stay. I'm sure I will stay at this best Western location again.

  Very friendly and clean atmosphere. The staff was amazing to deal with and breakfast was amazing ...so many choicest! Water slide was a huge hit for the kids. Will surely be back. Highly recommend this place!

  This hotel was clean and well cared for. Rooms were clean and in order. Beds were fairly comfortable and there were many configurations (beds/bedrooms) to choose from depending on your needs. The breakfast was fantastic (considering it was included in the room price) with warm food items and not just a continental. The pool had a slide which was a big hit for the kids and most importantly it was CLEAN and well kept! Overall this hotel's worth lined up with it's value and presentation. I would definitely stay here again.

  The staff member at front desk while we were there was rude and unapproachable. It was a terrible start to our stay. The kids still joke quoting her " uh ya....we dont DO THAT here!"

  This was a wonderful hotel that met all our needs. We traveled to Lacombe as 4 family couples for a funeral and we wanted a room with some extra space for visiting and eating. I was very impressed with the service and the room we had. There were two separate King bedrooms with a large shared bathroom, a large comfortable living room and a well equipped kitchen with a two burner stovetop, dishwasher and microwave and coffee maker. If you don't mind sharing a room and you expect to entertain a bit then it is a perfect room. Lots of space. I highly recommend the hotel with its attentive staff and the great breakfast that they offer. Absolutely perfect!
