  If could give a minus rating I would. We were moving and needed to store my husbands very yellow truck. I chose central storage because we had a storage unit there and hadn't had a problem. I was shown a parking spot in the back behind the building, where the truck wouldn't be seen from street view. However there happened to be a grader blade that belonged to the owner parked there. I was assured that it would be moved. It was to be towed that thursday . I called and went in from Monday to Wednesday reminding them and checking to see if the blade had been moved, sure enough it's Thursday and the tow truck and I show up and the grader blade hasn't been moved. The driver was told to park the truck in front of the spot and they could take care of the rest. A few days later I received an email receipt where I happened to notice the stall number had changed. Sure enough, I Drive by the storage facility and the truck is sitting front and center. It was very visible from the highway. A's i'm sure you can guess it was broken into. It had been previous which is one of the reasons we wanted it stored. I as not notified in anyway that our property had been tampered with. It was apparent as soon as I drove up. The hood was popped and the drivers side door was slightly open. It was also apparent that it had been sitting like that for at least a few days. there were cobwebs on the hood and door. When asked as to why We were not informed I was met with an immediate wall and told it didn't matter because it had already been broken into. My problem is that if you were honestly unaware, that would have to mean you only rely on security cameras and do not physically check the yards. I was absolutely disgusted with the way this was handled. The truck was towed the next day and they will never receive our business again. I would strongly suggest the same as they clearly do not value their customers.
