  I was looking for two specific tires for my car, and they were able to get them in faster than anybody else in town. When I brought the wheels in to have the tires mounted and balanced, there were a couple of small mistakes made (who doesn't make small mistakes now and then?) Wayne (i believe his name was) quickly and professionally corrected the situation. Overall I am happy with their service, and I will definitely return for future service.

  I bought my truck at this place , torn between a dodge and the ford. Went with ford because trucks were similar and I liked the tires for life. Don’t get your truck here if you think the tires for life is a good promotion ! They tell you you can get your oil changes here then you get free tires for life. Well surprise surprise 3 years later and I been getting my oil changes here waiting 1-2 hours or MORE for just an oil change and guess what no new tires because every time they say my tires don’t need to be replaced and they’re in same condition as when I first bought it 3 years ago . Not only that but the female receptionist at quick lane is rude and talks to you condescendingly like you’re an idiot. I seriously had to tell her to please not be rude to me. I wish I bought my truck at dodge so I wouldn’t have to deal with these rude people for the rest of the time I own my truck. Tires for life 100% not worth it and is a total scam ! Oh they also told me I needed new brakes once, had a second opinion , brakes were fine, then at my next appointment they said the brakes were good when I hadn’t even changed them ! So that just proves what a scam quick lane is. Also the “no appointment necessary “ thing is a total joke 100% because I have to book my appointments in advance ever since I been going there.

  Keven was a top notch guy to deal with. Straight up, no greasy salesmanship, no pressure. Price on my new platinum super duty was very good. I had shopped around a fair amount but was sold at this dealership. Truck had to be ordered in but was delivered on time as agreed on. Nothing bad to say. Great experience would strongly recommend this dealership as well as the new powerstroke in general. Great truck.

  Have bought many vehicles with great sales teams but service hasn't always been what my husband and I were promised so they only get 3 stars
