    I had never tried spin before and went in pretty terrified. When I got there, Amber asked if I had ever done spin before and then walked me through everything I needed to know about setting up my bike and what we'd be doing. I got an amazing workout and Amber kept me stoked and excited to go back.

    I had tried Spin before in Calgary and absolutely HATED it-- felt like no one cared I was new, I had no idea what I was doing, and I actually ended up hurting myself because of it. My friends all love spin classes so I thought I must be missing something and finally decided to give it one more go.

    After my first class at Spin Out I told Amber, "now this is what I thought Spin was supposed to be like!" I called ahead and explained my situation and Amber let me know she would help me when I arrived. I walked in, was greeted by name, and then was given a detailed and easy to understand walk through of setting up my bike by the lovely owner, Amber, followed by a fun but challenging class where I most definitely got my sweat on and didn't hurt myself! I bought the $80 unlimited month pass and am very excited to use it to it's full potential!

    The space itself is new and inviting. Walking through the door made me excited to get started.
